Elio’s Garden ships carnivorous plants across Canada from Burnaby, BC. Every plant is checked before it leaves us and packed carefully so it arrives in the best shape possible.
Live plants can be stressed by shipping. It’s normal for a few leaves, traps or pitchers to brown or blacken while a plant settles into its new home. New growth usually follows once it has adjusted.
Returns and problems with your order
If your plant arrives damaged, or something isn’t right with your order, please contact us as soon as you can. Include a photo of the plant and the packaging so we can see what happened.
Because we sell live plants, we handle returns and problems case by case. We’ll look at each situation and work with you on a fair solution.
